"As someone who also suffers from a 'spondy' I can tell you that I understand your frustration. At the age of 16, I was diagnosed with a 'spondy' and immediately had numerous questions and concerns. I was given the run-around by many doctors and therapists, and didn't find anything to help me until I decided to enter the field of exercise science and to study the body for myself".
"Until I found the right exercises, stretches and movements in combination with what to avoid, I suffered monthly episodes of pain related to my 'spondy.' Over the years I have learned what has worked and what hasn't. I have been able to control my pain with education and proper exercise. I now use that knowledge to help others with this condition and many others." -- Justin Adkins
